  • Avoid editor “cleanup” that breaks code
  • Keep surrounding padding consistent
Test
  • Preview on desktop + mobile
  • Confirm links click correctly
  • Check spacing and readability

  • Deliver within the campaign window
  • Typical lead time: 7+ days
  • Notify NYPS if conflicts arise early

Workflow & advertising constraints
NEON operates on a standard model. In some cases, existing email workflows or advertising policies may introduce delivery constraints. When constraints exist, NYPS will coordinate directly to ensure placements meet campaign expectations while maintaining network standards.
