The New York State Senate has officially passed S7053, allowing government entities to serve as their own publishers for public notices, and the New York State Assembly is moving fast toward a vote on its equivalent, A8262. As an industry, we cannot allow the government to bypass independent media outlets and hide public notices on unmonitored websites. So, we need to hear from you.
