NYPA is again partnering with the New England Newspaper and Press Association to host a leadership conference for senior staff members Thursday and Friday, September 25th and 26th at the Hotel Northampton, Northampton, Massachusetts. The 1 ½ day conference will include workshop sessions on embracing AI tools to improve newsroom workflow, Getting started with AI tools for news, Subtext for subscription renewals, Newsletter audience growth – how to do it, a Publishers’ Roundtable, and a joint board meeting between NYPA, NENPA, and New Jersey Press Association, to discuss increased collaboration and shared services.
Northampton is a nifty place – a Chamber of Commerce promo reads, “Where else can you find great coffee, historically preserved buildings, a raucous music scene, students reciting Plath, a local food movement, first-rate museums and art galleries, eccentric shops, eclectic restaurants, and residents eager to play outdoors in any season?”
To book your hotel room, please call the hotel directly at 413-584-3100 and ask for the block name under: NE/NY Press Association.
