Launched in 1996, the New York Press Association Foundation’s paid summer internship program invests in the future by offering paid summer internships to outstanding college students pursuing a career in journalism.
Over the past 20 years the Foundation has awarded 210 internships and more than $600,000 in stipends to college students throughout New York. Our goal is to introduce outstanding students to potential careers in journalism. The internships continue to provide an invaluable work experience for students, and a tangible impact on our mission of ensuring the future of journalism.
Each internship costs $2600++ – Will you help us to continue to provide these amazing opportunities for college students?
